Return Process

  Contact our support team at returns@ancestralcosmetics.com with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the products are at least 75% full and securely sealed to prevent leaks during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days of receiving your label.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our apothecary team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
